Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Position Overview:

The Freedom Caucus Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to produce fast-paced, engaging content for distribution across all major social media platforms.

This role is ideal for a creative, conservative policy-minded engaged communicator who thrives in a rapid-response environment and can translate breaking news and policy developments into compelling digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish high-quality, short-form content (graphics, videos, captions) for platforms including X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Monitor news cycles and respond quickly with timely, relevant content
• Collaborate with the communications team to amplify messaging and campaigns
• Edit video clips, write copy, and design simple graphics optimized for social media
• Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
• Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines
• Interest in public policy, current events, and conservative issues preferred
